Private Reformer Pilates sessions in a fully-equipped home studio located in Camberley, Surrey. Reformer Pilates incorporates resistance to traditional Pilates moves, providing a much deeper, full body workout.
Sessions are welcome to all abilities, and will be personalised to each individual to provide the guidance and support necessary for your fitness level and goals.

Mat classes are the perfect introduction to the controlled movement of Pilates. Using only a mat, and the occasional small prop (such as resistance bands, balls, or rings), you will focus on improving core strength, flexibility, posture, and overall body control.

Larger group sessions are available at a community venue in Camberley, where we create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Group lessons are mixed abilities, catering for all ages and experience. You will be pushed, but also encouraged to work at a pace that suits you.

I have recently transitioned from a successful career in IT sales to pursue my passion for Pilates and fitness. I took up Pilates to keep physically and mentally healthy during lockdown, and immediately fell in love with home workouts. As a keen runner, I loved the benefits Pilates workouts had on my running form, flexibilty, strength and recovery.
I moved from Buckinghamshire to Camberley, Surrey with my partner over 3 years ago. We have a beautiful rescue dog from Turkey named Benjy who keeps us busy when we're not working - he can’t wait to meet you!
